My name is Andy Hunsucker, I am a User Experience Researcher.

I’m finishing my PhD in HCI at Indiana University in May of 2019. My dissertation title is Soft Power: Exploring the Power Dynamic in Design Workplaces. It explores what power dynamics exist within corporate design departments and what strategies designers use to address and subvert this dynamic.
